JuanUlam is committed to providing a safe and respectful community for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, and any content or behavior that endangers children. These Child Safety Standards apply to all users and all areas of the JuanUlam platform, including community posts, comments, recipes, images, profiles, messages or interactions, store content, and any other user-generated content or communication features. By using JuanUlam, users agree to comply with these standards, our Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

JuanUlam strictly prohibits any content, activity, communication, or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: • Creating, uploading, posting, sharing, requesting, distributing, promoting, or storing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). • Sexualizing minors through images, videos, illustrations, generated content, text, comments, or other media. • Grooming or attempting to establish a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes. • Soliciting sexual images, videos, conversations, meetings, or other sexual activity involving a minor. • Sextortion or threatening, coercing, blackmailing, or manipulating a minor for sexual content or activity. • Facilitating, promoting, encouraging, or participating in child trafficking or sexual exploitation. • Sharing information intended to facilitate the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. • Attempting to normalize, glorify, encourage, or defend sexual activity involving minors. • Using JuanUlam to locate, contact, recruit, or communicate with minors for exploitative or abusive purposes. Such behavior is prohibited regardless of whether the content is public or private and regardless of whether it involves real, manipulated, illustrated, or computer-generated material where applicable under relevant law.

JuanUlam does not permit CSAM on its platform. When JuanUlam becomes aware of suspected or confirmed CSAM, we may take immediate action, including removing or disabling access to the material and restricting or terminating the accounts involved. Where required by applicable law, confirmed cases may also be reported to the appropriate child-protection organizations, law-enforcement agencies, or relevant regional or national authorities. Users must never download, redistribute, repost, forward, or otherwise share suspected CSAM in an attempt to report it. Instead, users should use JuanUlam's reporting tools to identify the relevant account, post, comment, image, or other content.

JuanUlam prohibits grooming and other predatory behavior involving children. This includes attempts to gain a child's trust for sexual purposes, asking a child for sexual or intimate content, encouraging sexual conversations with children, arranging sexual encounters, moving conversations to another service for exploitative purposes, or otherwise manipulating a child for sexual exploitation. Accounts found engaging in such behavior may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated and may be reported to the appropriate authorities when required.

JuanUlam encourages users to immediately report content or behavior that may violate these Child Safety Standards. Where reporting functionality is available, users can use the Report option associated with posts, recipes, comments, profiles, community content, or other supported content within the JuanUlam app. When submitting a report, users should select the most appropriate reason and provide relevant information that can help our team investigate the concern. Reports involving potential child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or CSAM are treated as high-priority safety matters. Do not reproduce or redistribute illegal material when making a report. If a child is in immediate danger, users should contact their local law-enforcement or emergency authorities directly rather than relying solely on an in-app report.

When JuanUlam receives a child-safety report or otherwise becomes aware of potentially prohibited material or activity, we may: 1. Review the reported content, account, or activity. 2. Remove or restrict access to violating content. 3. Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate offending accounts. 4. Preserve relevant information where necessary and legally permitted. 5. Take measures designed to prevent repeated violations. 6. Report confirmed CSAM or other suspected child exploitation to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law. 7. Cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement or child-protection authorities. The specific action taken may depend on the nature and severity of the violation and applicable legal requirements.

Violations involving CSAE or CSAM are considered severe violations of JuanUlam's policies. JuanUlam reserves the right to immediately remove content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in child sexual exploitation or abuse without prior warning where appropriate. Attempts to evade enforcement by creating additional accounts may result in those accounts also being restricted or terminated.

JuanUlam includes community features that allow users to create and interact with content related to food, recipes, meal planning, shopping, stores, and other community activities. Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they submit and their interactions with other users comply with these Child Safety Standards. The community must never be used to exploit, groom, harass, sexually solicit, or otherwise endanger minors. Users who encounter suspicious behavior are encouraged to report it rather than engage with the suspected offender.

Images and other user-generated content uploaded to JuanUlam must comply with these standards. Content depicting or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited. JuanUlam may remove content, restrict its visibility, disable access to it, or take action against the associated account when the content violates these standards.

JuanUlam is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates. Where legally required, JuanUlam will report confirmed CSAM or other qualifying child-exploitation matters to the appropriate national, regional, or international authority or child-protection organization. JuanUlam may also cooperate with valid legal requests from law-enforcement agencies and other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

JuanUlam recognizes the importance of protecting children's privacy and safety online. Users must not use JuanUlam to expose, solicit, exploit, or misuse a child's sensitive or personally identifiable information for harmful, sexual, abusive, or exploitative purposes. Information associated with child-safety reports will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and JuanUlam's Privacy Policy.

JuanUlam encourages good-faith reporting of genuine safety concerns. Users must not intentionally submit false or malicious child-safety reports to harass, threaten, intimidate, or retaliate against another person. However, users will not be penalized merely because a good-faith report ultimately does not establish a violation.

JuanUlam may update these Child Safety Standards as our platform evolves, as new safety practices are implemented, or as legal and regulatory requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page together with its effective or last-updated date. Continued use of JuanUlam is subject to the current version of these standards and our other applicable policies.
